Yes, this address fully complies with the Dutch Tax Administration’s guidelines and is therefore suitable as an official registered business address with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) for your company registration.

Yes, you may use the address for all your business communication. For Google, it’s important that the address is staffed during office hours.

Yes, you can have your mail delivered here. We carefully receive and handle your mail. You can choose to collect it, have it forwarded, or have it scanned digitally—so there’s no need to travel back and forth to your business mailbox with us.

Absolutely—your mail is always handled confidentially and securely. We only open it with your permission and store all documents carefully. This ensures your privacy and safe processing at all times.

This can vary and largely depends on the required documentation. The sooner we receive the necessary documents, the faster we can process your registration. On average, an address is activated within 1–3 days after signing up. The address is not activated automatically. You will receive a rental agreement, which you can use to update your address with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
